Kickoff Call:
The initial creative session where we talk vision, goals for the next quarter of your brand (and beyond) and how we can get there.

Quarterly Brand Strategy:
We're big on planning around here. Every quarter we'll review how the last three months went and strategically plan for the future.

Review Submissions:
Send over whatever you're working on for review and feedback. Each can include of to 5 items

Three Month Contract:
Retainers run for three months at a time for limited client spots with the option to renew each quarter.

What do execution hours include?
Graphic design, social graphics, print & digital collateral (ie. biz cards, PDFs), asset review, shoot planning, image sourcing, website updates & expansion (past client exclusive), touchpoint design.

Excludes: core brand identity development (logos, etc.), initial website design/development.
What happens to unused hours?
Having a slower deliverables month? We can use these hours to explore new ideas for your brand. If there’s still some left over, hours rollover one month before expiring.
Can I get more more?
Definitely. We find six hours is a great starting point— we’re pretty efficient in our work. If you're looking to have us more involved or outsource more execution, let's talk about putting together a custom package.
How does this compare to hiring full time?
The average salary for an in-house creative director is $150,000 a year (or $12,500 per month). An entry level graphic designer is about $4,000 per month.

Now you probably don't need anyone full time (yet), but we're here to give you the best of both worlds— an experienced design department plus the expertise of a creative director with the involvement you actually need at this stage. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
